QlikView Task is not Triggering Automatically

Hello Team,

Recently our tasks ,dependent of external event trigger from DB side were made changes. They have changed the path from their side and want us to update the same in our end. But we are unable to find it the path where update to be made. changes. Could you please help us here.

Note: Currently the tasks are not triggering automatically. We are manually triggering the tasks.

below email we received from DB Site:

Please be notified that lnx13 server is newly configured and the path for the trigger files is updated at our end.

Hence the Qlikview loads needed to be manually triggered at your end as the trigger files couldn’t be fetched automatically.

Old path:

lnx13........................../qlikview/

Updated path:

lnx13.....................................qlikview/

Please make the necessary modifications at your end as this is the source for daily trigger files to kick start the loads automatically.

Find below the list of trigger file awaiting loads at Qlikview end that needs to be updated;

Priority Launches 1 to 8
Standard Threads 1 to 4
SHF Genesys load
Enterprise CRM load

NOTE: we are unable to find the path and unsure what changes we need to do.
