Available Destinations for Loop-and-Reduce

Hi,

What do I need to do in order to enable either of these options?

My intention is to publish to the access point, but using loop and reduce to give each published QVW a distinct name.

this is done in Reduce tab:

edit the saved document name. normally using a field. click OPEN DOCUMENT; then click the edit button (pen) at the end of the saved document name. say you want to add the value of a field at end of document name -

bring your cursor to end of file name select the field you want to loop and reduce by and maybe use as part of file name, click OK, the field will be added to the end of your file name

then in the loop and reduce tab, select that field as LOOP by field

Thanks! This works perfectly.

As a nice-to-have, when using this method is it possible to send a link to the user, where the user is NOT the same field being used for the reduce?
