Pulling a report with Qlikview

Hi Team,

I am seeing the below error message when trying to get a Qlikview document report from the UI.

Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component. at QlikView.Doc.SwapStates(String _State1, String _State2)
