QlikView data does not appear

Hi,

I have problem when i want to display data using a browser, no data displayed like screen below

But when i try to open using qlikView application the data appears

Please help me to solve it

Before investigating the matter within the application make sure that you really access the same application with the same version.

Further make a check if there really the same selections are set (if fields are defined as system fields their selections won't be listet within the current selections box).

If it's the same the difference might come from any section access which is applied or any visibility condition.

Thanks for your answer.

Earlier, when I went to the mobile version, I returned to the web version. Enter the Data Check tab, the position for September 2020 still doesn't appear. I went to August, immediately appeared. Return to the operation tab, so everything appears and normal

i think it doesnt match with mobile version

Take a look on the used releases - all clients and the server should be on the same - mostly everything worked smoothly if they differ but sometimes there are strange issues. If it's the case you should consider an appropriate upgrade/downgrade.

Ensure you are using a supported web browser on the mobile client as well, be sure to check System Requirements to confirm:
