Problem with Document and named cals

Hello all,
for some time I have a problem with my document cals linked to a document,
I explain: each morning after each reload of the document,
all the document cals and named cals linked to the document are deleted and
i would have to be reconnected each morning. Basically we had 10 doc cals (09 assigned to the document)
and 5 named cals (04 assigned to the document), but in the mornings I have 0 doc cals assigned,
0 named cals assigned and I still have to manually choose the users to reconnect,
I even tried the automatic allocation but it only works for named cal but the doc cals do not work,
it would be necessary to manually check the automatic allocation
(because every morning even the dynamic allocation option is unchecked after reload and it would still have to be checked manually) ..

Anyone have any idea of that please to help me?
