Hi Experts ,

I have checked few blog in Section Access and came to know a lot about it , however with few blogs there was a point saying

"Section Access reduces the performance " when

1. Data is too Large & Section access is very Granular (for eg. 25 Million Records and users restricted to Material and Location Combination).

2. No. of users greater than 1000.

Are the two above mention points correct , if not what is the general threshold after which there is performance degradation ?

Also if we replace section access with some filter say user = osuser() {in trigger - on opening } & user is already linked to data in my model according to his authorization , will this be better in term of performance , compared to implementing Section Access ?
