Web Page cannot be found after new install using IIS

We are setting up a new production server with Qlikview 11.20 R5 on it. I recently installed on a new dev server and had no problems. Today I installed on a new server for production (just one server) but when I try to bring up the access point I get "Web page cannot be found". I have verified that all of the services are running. I can get to the QMC and everything looks fine from what I can see but I just cannot bring up Access Point. I have tried on the server and from my computer. QMC works from either place but not Access Point.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to look for to fix this?

Do you have both QlikView web server service and Qlikview Setting Service? If both are running then stop the QlikView Web server service as you are using IIS

Thanks for the reply Kushal. No, when I did the install I selected to use IIS so the Qlikview web server service is not present.
