User Doc property gets reset - post reload

Hello,

I'm having an issue with the 'Download Document' option on QVMC->Documents->User Documents-> QVW File->Server->Availability.

We have a publisher and we are distributing this dashboard to users. I have enabled document download to few named users.

When I set this up, it displays the option to users on access point.

But, when I run the publish task - it automatically resets the settings on Download document (option is unchecked). So, the users are not able to see the option to download.

We are using a test server(Version: 11.2 SR 12)

Could you please share your thoughts?

I was able to Fix this issue by enabling the download option at Source documents level.
