Hiding sheets in Access point - Section Access

I have a requirement to hide few sheets depending on the user logging into the access point to view the app. I'm trying to implement section access but so far not successful. If I check the strict exclusion, none of the users are able to access the app in the access point. It says..the user don't have the permission.

If I uncheck the strict exclusion, All the tabs are visible to all the users. Please advise what am I missing here. Attached is the excel.

Section Access;
