Hello

Currently we have QlikView server installed at a client premise

this client will move the Exchange Server to the cloud

Now some user accounts which are used for development purposes assigned Named CALs and the client is thinking to assign these accounts a common email address in an attempt to reduce cost of email addresses on the cloud

Will this affect Named CALs assignments to these accounts?

Don't think so. Named CAL assignments are usually AD based. Is your client using AD as main directory service?

so Named CAL will cause no problems even when assigned to users that have common email addresses?
