      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am try to match 2 fields of data like employee_competency and job_Requirement to see does the employee match the job requirement...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But i have no idea how to get the result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to do it in expression (by using set analysis) or should do in loading? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have attached a sample data and the expected result i want to get.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help~~ &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
