How to match two fields data

Hi all,

I am try to match 2 fields of data like employee_competency and job_Requirement to see does the employee match the job requirement...

But i have no idea how to get the result.

How to do it in expression (by using set analysis) or should do in loading?

I have attached a sample data and the expected result i want to get.

Please help~~

for matching

Load *

from path where exists(a,b) ;

for unmatchinh

Load *

from path where Not exists(a,b) ;
