Give access to Source document or user document

Hello everyone,

I was wondering : with Publisher, if there is a task which is reloaded every day, what is the difference between :

1) Documents>Source documents> select the task and then add someone in the Distribute list

2) Documents> User documents> Select the created user document and add the person in the authorization tab ?

Hi,

The issue with using the authorizations Tab under user Documents is the users you add there will be removed the next time the task is ran in publisher. So, it is best to manage users in publisher.
