HI all.

I have a situtation and i don´t know how to resolve it.

I have 2 DOCUMENTS.

INFO_DATA.qvw

INFO_LAYOUT.qvw

In managemnte console i need INFO DATA. reload only on monday but INFO_LAYOUT reload all days.

INFO_LAYOUT HAS external excel, that can be update during the week.

INFO_DATA. generate all qvd that i load in INFO_LAYOUT.

HOW CAN I CONFIGURE IT EN MANAGEMNT CONSOLE?? THANKS AND REGARDS.

Hi Federico,

A workaround for this.

You can create a 2 separate schedule for each Info_data and Info_layout.

consider an average time to refresh of Info_data, schedule Info_layout at the time after adding a 10 to 15 mins buffer to average refresh time of info_data.

Hi,

Create separate reload tasks for both of this Qlikview files,

1 task to reload INFO_LAYOUT.qvw on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

1 task to reload INFO_DATA.qvw and INFO_LAYOUT.qvw on Monday.

Do you have a Publisher? Then

Define a task for INFO_DATA with a single fixed-time trigger.
Define a task for INFO_LAYOUT with two triggers: one that is triggered by the reload of INFO_DATA, and one that is scheduled on every weekday except on monday.

You have no Publisher? Then

Define a Reload schedule for INFO_DATA on monday at a fixed time.
Define a Reload schedule for INFO_LAYOUT on every one of the 7 days but at a time that comes after the succesful reload of INFO_DATA on monday.

Without a publisher, you may to schedule the INFO_DATA reload early in the morning, so that INFO_LAYOUT can run before end-users are due to arrive at their desk.
