Publisher not working

Hello Guys !

I have an issue. I schedule some tasks to reload with Triggers and the reload starts, but never end or Reload.

So after start, it stay "Running" and never ends.

My log is attached. All types of documents i use, reload with qvw, it load in 1 second, and i have 1 task which is running for about 23 days, and never really reloaded.

I've restarted the services of Qlikview, doesnt worked. I've restarted the server too and doesnt worked too.

What can i do?

Has it worked any time?

Can you add the application log also?

Yes, it worked perfectly.

No I meant the application log, same name as the application but a text file, resides in the same catalogue as the application.

What version of QlikView Server/Publisher are you using? IIRC there was as release that failed to update the Running status icon in specific situations.

Hi,

This is very old version of Qlik.

I would strongly recommend to go for upgrade to latest version.

You can give a try by deleting this task and recreate a new one and let me know if that worked.

Hi, maybe you have to activate logging in the application. Look in document settings.
