Dears

Got a QVW document in which I have a macro that exports all available charts into images to a specified folder

Now I want this export to be automated and be executed after the successful reload of the document

So I created a task on the document to simply reload the document

then I added a supporting task (external program) to run just after the success of the first task

The name of the function of the macro is put on the OnOpen event of the document

check attached image to see details of the supporting task

in summary the QlikView doesn't open at all

the export of images is working just fine; I just cannot open the batch file from a supporting task in QlikView knowing that if I manually run the batch file the QV document opens and the macro works just fine
