When they connect to their network through VPN, they get an empty AccessPoint.</P><P>The strangest thing is that this only happens when they go to the DNS alias (<A href="http://qlikview/" target="_blank">http://qlikview</A><SPAN>) and not when they use the server name (</SPAN><A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://" target="_blank">http://</A><SPAN>&lt;server name&gt;).</SPAN></P><P>An other thing to mention is, when they go to the alias <A href="http://qlikview/" target="_blank">http://qlikview</A> they see the accesspoint and it tells them that they are logged in as a domain user (via profile NED\Domain Username).</P><P></P><P>They use DMS and locally everything works fine.
