server Problem

I have 3 server ,

But one of my application takes 28 hours to reload, and 127 GB of RAM out 128 ram allocated to it .

I am not able to do any kind of development once it starts executing.

Out 3 server only one it dedicated for development, and other 2 are production server

I want to do the other development in any one of the production server

but once i tried to work on production server ,to do that i just copy a application from development server paste it on production server

but after doing so it shows following error message

you created qvw file with personal edition and your desktop version don't have a license

you need to purchase license and try again,

user dnt have desktop license the lease the license which is already in use in development server

Try leasing the license once more using "Open in Server" option.

Hi Shweta,

You are getting this message because you are using personal edition.

If other users wants to see the same document then deploy it in ur accesspoint location.

why you are opening file at location where there is no installation of licence.

Hi,

You need to lease license first.

Note: you cannot lease license from rest server.

ya i agree ,its a quite huge application and need 127GB RAM and local machine just have 2 GB RAM

Follow Document in an attachment by deepk.

that works if you have production License.

If you have test Licence then you can't lease license.

Hi Shweta,

For deciding size of ram there is concept of memory footprint.

Depend on number of factor,

1.number of concurrent users.

2.number of applications.

3.size of application. etc.

from ur last responses it seems it is taking too much time to reload.

Is there any issues in application like synthetic keys,circular references.

How many tables ur using.

If there are more number of tables then try to reduce them by using features like join, keep, concatenate.

license leasing can be done only with production server license.

I have 2 production server 12th &13th ,If I lease a license from 12th production server into 13th production server ,will it effect the performance of 12th server.Once i performance the reload

License leasing will not have any performance issue.

you can lease without any problem.
