Problem with License Rent

Hi everyone

i try rent license in my qlikview desktop, open with server, and rent is sucess.

But, if i finish the qlikview desktop, the license is lost.

With other user, no have problem with lost license, just only user i have this problem.

i try any times exactly step by step in this video, for one user in Terminal Server of Windows sucess.

But i try other user in the same Terminal Server, using other NAMED CAL, the rent license is sucess. But, if close the QlikView Desktop, the license is lost.

Hi,

You can lease licence only in two machines simultaneously.

Other then that you cannot lease license.

If you are leasing with the same user then you cannot use the same ID more then twice.

Hi,

You can't rent on more then two machines.

I think that's the only problem you face.

If you rent with another account is it working fine?

I use two different users Windows in my Terminal Server, with two different NAMED CAL.

This is problem with my rent.

The problem occurs in the moment i close my QlikView Desktop. The rent i could, but if i close QlikView Desktop, the rent is lost.

Two different users in the same machine requires two license.

Also I suggest you to clear Licence information after you lease.

And then try by leasing it again.

Yes, i understand.

They two differents license, NAMED CAL license 1, and NAMED CAL license 2. And two differents user windows in Terminal Server.

Is that?

I unistall the QlikView Desktop for user admin, and install with user developer with permissions admin and after try many times open with server, and close QlikView Desktop for the File -> Exit and the rent license is ok.
