How to move a server license?

On of our customers has a new server. We have to disable the Qlikserver license of the old server and activate it on the new server. However i can't find any info how to disable or de-activate the license. Any suggestions?

In QMC you can find option to clear the license

System --> Licenses --> Qlikview Server --> Qlikview Server licenses -- > Clear License

Hi Karthiks,

There is no option Clear license in the licenses screen. Our customer is running Qlikview Server 9.0. Any other idea?

Hi Jan,

Just copy the license number and control number into a plain text document, stop the services in the old server, set these values the new QlikView Management Console, System, Licenses, QlikView Server.
