Document reduces to one year after I use QEMC to publish to accesspoint

Hi,

I am not sure why my document reduces to Yr 2013 ( I have year 2011- 2013 in the model ) after I use a publisher task to reload and publish the document to AccessPoint. If I reload the document normally on the desktop client it works fine and shows me 2011- 2013 for the year field. It does not look like the document is actually reducing because I don't see a big drop in file size for only showing one year of data. It almost seems like the publishing task is removing the yr 2011 - 2012 for some reason. any ideas?

Hi,

The only thing I can think of is that you have Section Access applied to the document and the Service account doesn't have rights to see all the data.
