    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is very interesting, because I had the same problem yesterday when a licence passed it's expiry date. When the new LEF file was entered, all the CAL allocations had gone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was about to post to ask if there was any way to export the CAL allocations so if this happens again I wouldn't have to reenter them all.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would open a case with Support and have them take a look at this. It appears QVS is recreating the PGO files when it starts up. If this is after a server restart, you can try setting the QVS service to manual and give everything time to start on the server and then start QVS. This will tell you if QVS is coming online before everything is ready.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
