clients machine logging error

Dear All,

I have a Qlikview server and client machine, I am trying to logging in Access point at client machine using client's system login ID and password but it failed to login in at client's machine while it works in case I used server credentials.

how i can login in at clients machine use his credentials as I can not allow every client to use server credentials.

attached is the snapshot.

please advise.

You need to make sure you have the below setting setup. Then the URL should be http://<server>/qlikview.

I have done the settings described, I am still unable to login with every client at my network.

However it works with some clients.
