Copy don't work

Hi,

I have a lott of application on a server Web QV, on this appli there are graphs.

But i can't copy and paste any graph or element.

the option copy/past is available, but when i want to paste it's not work.

Can you help me please ?

Something that may help is check under the properties of the graph, in the caption tab, whether "allow copy/clone" check box is ticked.

Sounds like it could possibly be a permissions issue. Check that the user you log into the server with has sufficient rights on the folder that the QlikView document resides on your server.

Why a permissions issue can block the user to copy and paste ?

I'm making some assumptions here:

a) You are trying to copy by using the "copy data" option that is set in properties | caption

b) You are trying to copy this from your Access Point

you also mentioned that you can't export it to Excel. I assume you tried the XL (also actived in properties | caption) and you tried to do this also from the Access Point.

If you can't copy using the "copy data" or send to XL all from the Access Point, the first place I would look is permissions of the folder your QVW resided on on your QV Server.

With the plugin IE copy/paste work but not with AJAX.

Do you understand why ?

Have you opened port 4747 for both inbound and outbound traffic on the client and the server? (In the firewall, not the QV Server)

Hii have u seen on server side the application object which you want to copy

go to properties -->layout tab--> check on Allow Copy/Clone

hope it helps
