topic Server reload attempts in QlikView https://community.qlik.com/t5/QlikView/Server-reload-attempts/m-p/416086#M1320008 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P>Hi All,</P><P></P><P>I have an application that tries to connect via ODBC and when the server is maxed out (Our SQL Server I am pulling from that is) I get my QVS failure.</P><P>Is there a way to change the number of attempts on the QV server to connect and can I space them out.&nbsp; Currently I see it makes three attempts in the Event logs and then gives up.</P><P>I would like to see if I can change that to 5 or stick with 3 but space it out with a minute between each attempt.&nbsp; I was sure I came across this when setting the server up, but cannot find it again since.</P><P></P><P>Any direction would be helpful.</P><P></P><P>Oh!
