They signal situations like for example MetaData posts with no [objecttype]Properties post attached to them, which is basically a useless object. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;De-select them and defrag the file to clear them out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've lost some of the items that were created in the Collaboration Pane on the server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using the SharedFile View (Power Tools), I was able to find the items, but they are identified as erroneous.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have a simple way to recover these objects?&amp;nbsp; The tool allows for export to XML, but I'm not sure what to do next.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any assistance is appreciated,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;B &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
