Can document CALs be set to expire?

I'm using QVS 9 and I lets say I have 50 Document CALs allocated to a document. And I have 50 Document CALs assigned to users. But some of those users Last Used that Document CAL over 6 month ago. Besides manually going in a removing those users from the assigned user list, is there a way to have their Document CAL unassigned after a certain time period?

Hi,

There is no such feature in QlikView. A license is assigned until it is manually unassigned, even when the user has been removed from the security directory. But there are some applications in the Power Tools that can help you to schedule a task to be run from the Windows Scheduler and remove some assignments.
