Authorization issue in DMS login

Hi All,

Can anyone look into this, the details are as follows:

* QVS 10 SR1

* Qlikview10 SR1

* DMS Authorized (Custom Login)

* We have authorized the users from here:

* In QMEC -> Documents -> Authorization

So for each documents we are selectively authorizing the users to view the application.

The problem here is that after few days it automatically deletes the users from here as a result users dont see the application while accessing,
so again we need to authorize each user document wise.

Can anybody tell what may be the reason for this kind of situation?
