    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am facing an issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after leasing an license from the server still my qlikview is shown as personal edition&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;am not able to open any of my previously saved files ,it open with out any data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what could be the possible reasons for he same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Possible reasons:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;No Named CAL has been assigned to the windows account you are trying to obtain a lease for&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You are trying to lease a Document CAL but that won't work. Document CALs cannot be leased.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You are trying to lease to a third MAC-address (CALs can be leased to only two MAC-addresses)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You are not connecting to the QVS through port 4747 . Licenses are only leased through the QVP port.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;:&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What method do you use to lease a Named CAL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
