change the dimension with a button

hi all,

Thanks to be here

I have a graph with a dimension like a group. My user doesn't like the presentation. He would like many buttons (one for each fiel in the group) to change the display.

I tried with a macro and the function getCurrentfield() but qlikview stops working... abviously it's not a good idea.

someone already did that or has an idea?

Make 1 graphic per dimension level, the add the buttons and assing a 1 to a variable everytime thebutton is pressed (Actions). Then Hide or Show the graphic depending on this value.

Thanks for your answer, I thinking this solution, but I will loose my drill down functionnality.

I though the user want anything BUT what Qlik can really offer If you are more explicit I can try to help you
