      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I downloaded both Desktop and Server yesterday and installed without issues (x64). Maybe it's a corrupted download or different architecture (installing 64 bit in a 32 system or viceversa)? Did you try a different language file? You can change the interface and help language later on in the User Preferences in the Settings menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Miguel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
