Server Error

Hi,

I am reasonably new to QlikView and having an issue with a loader which creates a new single QVD file. When I run it on my desktop it works perfectly, but when I put it on the server (it is running against exactly same QVDs) it crashes with a very vague error. Any ideas? If you need more information please let me know.

This error usually comes from a permissions issue. Note that a reload through publisher is ran by the user account you stated in your initial installation of QV Server.

Where did you put the permission (on folder? On the file?) to run the reload ok?

Hi,

I simply just had to add the user running the services to the QlikView admin users group who I created as admin on the domain.
