Publisher configuration

Hi,

i have the problem in order to config the following web pages of publisher setting:

When i try to link, the server return this code:

<Root>CommandCenterService v 2.0.50727.3603 says, "Hello world. The time is: 21/05/2010 12:18:52.7812500". For wsdl, add ?WSDL at the end of the request. </Root>

Including the string "?WSDL" at the end of request the server return this code:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>

- <soap:Fault>

<faultcode>soap:Server</faultcode>

<faultstring>Request is missing key parameter</faultstring>

My qlikview server version is QWS 9 SR4.

Can you help me??
