Qlikview Server SR3 with 50 document CALS.

We have 10 Document CALSs assigned to one document but it only shows as 39 Document CALs not allocated.

I suspect this is because at some point we had a document CAL assigned to a qvw which was then deleted without the document CAL being unassigned.

Unfortunately I don't know the name of the document as if I did I suspect the solution would be to create a qvw with the same name and then go into QMC and unassign the CAL.

Any ideas how I can find out where Qlikview thinks this CAL is assigned to or any other way to get the missing CAL back

Regards

Nigel

Delete them, restart your server and reassign all the document CALs. Should work fine. Otherwise, create a support ticket for QV using your Customer/Partner portal.
