Error while loading data from oracle

Hi All,

I have qlikview applications schedule in QMC which gets the data from oracle database 11g. Recently i installed the oracle client 12 drivers on the same machine where i have oracle 11g is installed. All my tasks are getting failed and getting the below error message.

Do i need to remove the oracle client 12 drivers? Below is the error message for four reference. If yes how to remove the client drivers. I can't see the files in programs list to remove the drivers.

Hi Viresh,

Try to install 11g Client drivers.

You can create a new OLEDB / ODBC for the Oracle Schema with the proper Hostname, DBName, Userid, Password.

Hi, 11g drivers are already available. But still getting the error.

Created any ODBC connection from AdministrationTools ?

Yes i did in ODBC administor window. After that i am facing this issue.

Have you added your TNS entries in the TNSfile tnsnames.ora ?

Hi, Yes did and also added the tns path to the windows environment variable.

There were drivers of version 11 but i installed version 12. After that only all my existing qv tasks are failing.

Is it because of driver installation of higher version?
