Need urgent help to resolve the QMC task failure issue.

Hi Community,

We are facing an issue where a reload task on QMC, for a particular document is getting failed. The log for the task on QMC reports below error/s-

Error: Exception in save source file: Could not find file '\\Server\XXXX.qvw.tmp'.

Error: File is not ok. Target file was not saved.

FYI the source document can be successfully reloaded when refreshed manually. There is no user permission issue as other docs are being successfully executed.

Could you please advise to get the issue resolved?

Hi Tushar- Have you stopped reloading before completion? Just upload fresh document.

Don't modify or rename document before uploading.

No. I have not aborted the reload or modified or rename the doc. while the task was in progress.
