      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've got a specific user who when logging into Access Point never gets past the loading content screen.&amp;nbsp; We've let it set for 5 min.&amp;nbsp; All other users do not have this issue. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had this same user log into another PC and same thing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had this same user log into Chrome vs IE and same thing happens&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've deleted the user from CAL licenses and recreated them still not able to log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions on how to look at log files on server to see if there is an error?&amp;nbsp; Any other suggestions welcome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
