I am trying to start qlikview service but getting the below error.

Can anyone please let me know what it is about?

Reset as in restart.

I have already restarted and it is still showing the same error.

Are you sure you account is part of the Admin Group?

Try uninstalling and re-installing

or try logging off and logging on

just reboot the server machine

Is this happening after a brand-new installation. Or did it work before?

Did you check the QVS Events log?

Hi Vineeth,

Thanks a lot.

I have changed the ID that was used to run that(as the password expired for that) and added the new ID(with no pwrd expiry) in Administrators and Qlikview Administrators group and it worked.

hi anjali,

we have the same problem, i have tried your solution still it doesnt work, can you suggest me some other option
