Export the name cals list

I want to export all the named user cal list from QMC->system->qlikview server->assigned CALs to create a mailing group.

What is the easiest way to get it done?

Im on 11. I used to copy the names to an excel and go from there in 10, but it seems that I can't copy now becasue it will not scroll down.

Add a line to the server settings.ini file

PgoAsXmlAlso=1

This will add the detail as xml files in the root folder.

You will need to stop the QVS service to save the changes to the settings.ini file.

When you restart the service the XML file will be in the server root folder. the default location is c:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Documents

The root folder is the AccessPoint folder.

Hi,

take a look at this: License_Analyser_K3FDS.qvw

It uses the method already mentioned by Colin Albert . You have to locate the file in this path: ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\Settings.ini and put the line PgoAsXmlAlso=1 immediately after the [Settings 7] line (first remember to stop QVS Service).

Using this app you'll be able to see a list of the assigned Cals so you can export it to an external file,

I have added this line on the below line, now how to export it?

Do i need to manually copy and paste the users or a new file will be generated ?
