      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we are working on QlikView 11 SR5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Actually we have two server machines (development and deployment)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Publisher is installed &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've finished working on development server (created tasks for reload, tasks for reduction and distribution)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now end user need to access dashboards from the deployment server asap&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I copy documents and tasks to the new server machine and have everything work just fine?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've read several posts saying to use remote management service to accomplish this yet no further clue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should find information about remote management service in the QlikView Server Reference manual. It's not that complicated to figure out once you try it (famous last words, I suppose). Look in the QMC in the services tree for the "Remote Management Service" option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once up and running, you can copy tasks between instances in QMC. Documents (and folder mount structures) needs to be manually copied though. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, since the directories in QlikView Server and Publisher, like User Document folder, Source Document folder or QVS root/mounts are all relative paths, as long as they are identical from the root and below, it should be just fine. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Ali,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another solution is to add the Deployment QVS to the QMC of your Development system and then use that to publish the Deployment system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
