    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are upgrading from Qv10 SR4 to QV 11.2 sr4 with IIS and we ran into issues like QDS is not running. All the services are running except for QDS, we tried uninstall and reinstalling qlikview, start and stop the services, license information, run the instal as qlikview admin, checked the SSL certificates. everything looks fine except for QDS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error we are getting is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme 'Ntlm'. The authentication header received from the server was 'NTLM'.&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;QDS does not properly initialize.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p3"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;Management service log has the following error on start:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p3"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;Error&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Failed to retrieve QDS info: System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException: QDS did not respond to request.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p3"&gt;Last exception (for &lt;A href="https://vaww.ppd.stdp.cdco.va.gov:4720/QDS/Service" target="_blank"&gt;https://vaww.ppd.stdp.cdco.va.gov:4720/QDS/Service&lt;/A&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; ANY did not respond to request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p3"&gt;Last exception (for &lt;A href="https://vaww.ppd.stdp.cdco.va.gov:4720/QDS/Service" target="_blank"&gt;https://vaww.ppd.stdp.cdco.va.gov:4720/QDS/Service&lt;/A&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; &lt;SPAN class="s3"&gt;The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme 'Ntlm'.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Guessing you are on an Test environment. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stopp all QV services. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;go to c:\programdata&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rename folder "QlikTech" to something else&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Start all QV Services. Is the QDS working properly after these steps ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, open a DOS Box and check the Network status with &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;netstat -ano &amp;gt;c:\mynetstat.TXT &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and post the results relation with your running processes sorted by PID&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;/olli&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
