QMC select document error

Hi All,

I am getting an error for the first time when selecting a document from User Document
> Server Settings in the QMC, version 10

It only happens when I select 1 document.

I have attached the error below.

After I select ok, I am unable to view my Document CALS.

Any ideas on this one?

Try playing with the User Documents->Documentname->Server settings->Preload options->Preloaded setting. Apparently the radio button is either inactive or the behind-the-scenes value is invalid.

BTW shouldn't you start thinking about upgrading to a newer QlikView. v10 is EOL and v12 is knocking on the door...

Thanks for that.

We are indeed in the process of upgrading, just got some testing going on at the moment.

I unfortunately get an error when I try click on any tab under User DOCUMENTS. either Server settings ; Authorization ; Document Information ; Server Objects ; Document Cals.

It only seems to happen with this one document.

All good, I just deleted the Meta files and re-added them.
