Document reload failure - successful on manual reload

I have a document that is failing to reload through the distribution server. When I attempt a reload manually in the document itself it executes fine.

Below is the task log showing the errors. If anyone can help resolve this asap it would be much appreciated.

Hi Adam,

How much time does it take to reload if you reload it manually?

I doubt the issue is with the distribution as I see the below line in the log.

If you can give the error which it has shown you in the document log file, it will be helpful.

It takes about 2 minutes to run manually.

I have attached the TaskLog and DocumentLog.

Check the document log.

The reload seems to fail.

No access to database for Service user?

If you observe both the log files, till 10:14:21 the document is getting reloaded fine. Document log shows at 10:14:23, the reload gets completed. And if you see the task log, the failure is at the same time. It means that as suspected earlier the issue is with the distribution and that is the reason it is getting reloaded successfully if you reload it manually. It has nothing to do with the document. Please check the server/publisher settings and configuration.

The weird thing is the document log looks fine. No sign of a failed reload (as far as I'm aware).

The weird thing is no-one had made any changes to the task, which had been working for months before this.

I tried deleting and creating a new task for the same document but still no issue.

If anyone can help decipher the task log for me with potential settings / config errors that would be great?

There are a few thing you could try. First I would make sure that the Service account running the QlikView services on the server has sufficient access rights to the distribution/reload folder. Another thing you could try is to make a new task and check if that reloads, It might seem strange but sometimes this helps.

In my case, I solved it!, starting qv distribution services with an user with administrative privileges on the server, not on the domain.
