About down grade server.

Hi All,

I have one issue, at the beginning , I applied SBE license for our server, it works. Then I upgrade it into EE license, it also works. But now I use SBE license again, it show an error message:

Server failed to set license: server name : Unable to obtain license information for your license key, please contact qlikview support for assistance.

Could you help me out?

Hi Issac

I faced this problem many times

It happens so that the serial number will be registered in Registries.

so I suggest you to delete entries from server and then re apply license.

First Uninstall qlikview server from you machine

then go to run type regedit here

In registry editor type qlikview

then delete registries entries

then install it again.

This should solve your problem
