      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have noticed that, sometimes, the QlikView Server service suddenly crashes giving no information in the Event Viewer (I'm using version 9.0 SR6). The only thing I can do is to restart the service using the Control Panel applet. There is a log which can help me understanding the reason of this behaviour?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;HI luca&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In QEMC go to system tab--&amp;gt; setup --&amp;gt; Qlikview Server --&amp;gt; logging --&amp;gt; make sure that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In log level&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enable session logging&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enable performance logging every X minutes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enable event logging&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enable audit logging of client activity&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all of them are checked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and in Event log verbosity&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;select high&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;restart the services of qlikview.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then after perfoming some activity check for log&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this might help you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ASHFAQ&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
