    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible in the qv publisher 11 to trigger a qv appln task&amp;nbsp; as soon as a batch file execuites automatically at any time in a day..,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried with "on external event" ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the systems--&amp;gt;supporting tasks--&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have created a task to execuit the batch file as&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;task name : test batch file&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;task description: batch file execution test&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;category : default&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Parameters--&amp;gt;command Line statement-&amp;gt;( echo echo test to display&amp;gt;d:\demo.bat)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but the task got failed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope so my question is right and I really dont know ima in the right track or not&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; plz do let me know&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kiruthiga&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
