The QlikView server environment is as follows:
OS: Windows 2008, 64 bit virtual machine environment
QlikView server version: 9
Authorization : NTFS Authorization (Windows controls file access)

I'm unable to launch the QlikView client using thin client(IE browser) with either qvp or http protocol.
Using QlikView client 'Open in server' option works fine(qvp://host_address/mount_folder/sample.qvw).

Unable to launch the following urls using thin QlikView client IE browser.

http://host_address/QvAJAXZfc/AccessPoint.aspx?open=&id=QVS@host_name|test/sample.qvw
qvp://host_address/test/Films.qvw

Kindly suggest.

I have noticed that there is a significant change in format the way ZFC qlikview url is built on Virtual Machine(VM) environment as compared with non VM environment on accessing qvw file from QlikView AccessPoint.

Non Virtual Machine QlikView AccessPoint - port 4750:
Eg url format: http://host_name:4750/QvAJAXZfc/AccessPoint.aspx?open=&id=QVS@host_name|mount_folder/SampleTest.qvw&client=Ajax

Host address - host_name
Service name - QVS@host_name
Service and mount folder separator - |
Mount folder - mount_folder
Document name - SampleTest.qvw

Virtual Machine QlikView AccessPoint - port 4750:
Eg url format: http://host_name:4750/QvAJAXZfc/AccessPoint.aspx?open=&id=host_name%7Cmount_folder/SampleTest.qvw&client=Ajax

Host address - host_name
Service name - host_name
Service and mount folder separator - %7C
Mount folder - mount_folder
Document name - SampleTest.qvw

Kindly suggest on using standard format for ZFC url both on Virtual Machine and Non Virtual Machine environment.

Non VM the url looks like: QVS@server

And for VM it looks like: server
