Hi,

I have a customer case where my customer company wants to offer QV-reporting to their qustomers. The case goes like this:

1) The customers login to extranet with their own credentials - in the extranet we now know which company has just logged in

2) In extranet customer will have a link / button / iframe that would show QV report as qvw

The question is: how do you build the http-url, that identifies user (section access) and then opens qvw?

I have tried to do something like this:

<iframe src="http://QVSERVER/QvAJAXZfc/opendoc.htm?document=document.qvw&USERID=XXX&PASSWORD=YYY" width="100%" height="600px" frameborder="0""></iframe></div>

Do you have better ideas? I would say this is maybe not the most secure way to do this.. What about ticketing? I am not familiar with that process, so could that be used in this case?

Hi Yangjie,

Have you tried the ticketing functionality? I am sure that will solve the problem. My problem is that I am not so familiar with http-layers, proxies etc so I just can't build the scenario by myself.

Teppo
