Custom directory Configuration

Hi,

We have a requirement, where we have to give access to the application for some internal and external users.

We were able to configure the same for internal user using Ntml authentication.

for external users, as there are few, we have created two users in custom directory and provided the application access to them using User documents in QMC.

We also have another web server installed, but when i check, the QV Web server and custom web server have same configurations.

Please let me know what needs to be done as I am not able to proceed.

Please assist.

Hi,

You can't use both a regular directory and custom users. The solution to you issue is to either build you a SSO (Single Sign On) solution or add the external user as users on the QVs server.
