    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have set up Qlikview 11 QMC and access point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are starting the services as local account qvadmin which is part of the Qlik View Administrators Group locally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We can access the access point on the server it self as any user part of the domain&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whenever we come to access from a remote client we are presented with a logon box and no users will allow access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the server log file we can see the following message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System Error: No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However trying in Chrome with the same username and passwords access is granted&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any ideas&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Barry,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you got the solution for this issue? I'm facing the same problem now, user's were able login to access point till 4 days ago. Suddenly it started rejecting the users, only local service account is able to get access through the access point.
