Document Chaining 'Working in desktop,but not working in Access Point.Setting needed for Web ?,any other prerequisites ?

Hi Experts,

As a Part of optimization technique we are implementing Document Chaining for the Better performance. Document Chaining Working Fine in local Machine (Desktop) but not Working in Access point ,while trying in the Access Point we are just getting one Blank page. when we open one qvw in Access Point and try to go to another Qvw app by using triggers then it is showing blank page..

how to Solve this problem..?

we tried with Qlikview protocol & Given the file name as Qvp://local host /application name.qvw then it is working fine in the access point also...what are the settings need to be done in the Access Point to resolve this issue....?

Qvw application details :

Size : 2.9 GB

Server Ram : 64 GB

qv version : Qv 11.2 SR10

Any Help on this issue is Highly Appreciable....

Did you try checking it through IE browser?

Yes we tried in IE Browser , it is working fine in Qv protocol not working in Http...

Looks like Document chain action is not supported for IEPlugin for non domain users prior 11.2 SR2 version. Which version you are using? Refer release notes attached page 17.
